Event Catering
Our catering team crafts event menus that go well beyond the standard passed apps and buffet. From fresh-shucked scallops to hand-rolled arancini to fire-grilled shrimp skewers — every bite is made to match the quality of the venue itself.
Custom catering menus are available for all private events hosted at The Rock. While we don't offer off-site catering, we can prepare larger catering orders for pickup or delivery through DoorDash. Our events team will work with you to design the right spread for your guest count, event style, and dietary needs.

With more than 30 years in hospitality, catering, and event management, Todd Eads has led event sales and operations for premier venues, luxury clubs, and award-winning catering companies. As Director of Event Sales & Operations at The Rock SLO, he oversees every aspect of the client journey — from the initial tour and planning process through event execution.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and attention to detail, Todd works closely with clients, vendors, and The Rock's culinary and operations teams to ensure every event reflects each client's unique vision.
